The big time at the movies

Hi, Rapotaka school went to the film festivals too bad it was only from room six to room twelve. We watched all sorts of film, but my favorite film would be one of glen inn's school which is called Excellence in sports. Its my favourite because it is a creative film and it also goes into slow motion it is also the first film that came on.

Learning how to write proper comments

I learned how to write a quality comment. I have made a comment about a Tamaki college film. It was kind of hard because we weren't allowed to use certain words for example, like, love and good. Some words we did use were admire, enjoyed and hilarious. We also wrote things that the film reminded us of.

The first second and third winners

Guess who came first? Of course Fakaola and then it was Tristan from the year 5 students. Then from the year 4 students from room 9 it was Limiteti. After cross-country I felt happy because when we were training we tried our best and we finished it.                                                              

My favourite animal

I learned how to make a cinquain poem at school. My one is about tigers because they are my favorite animals. They are endangered animals because they are hunted for their beautiful fur.

Going to the zoo

We learned that hippopotamus' have large teeth to scare other animals. Also their smelly and they are one of the fastest animals I have ever seen.

Elephants are big and fat but they don't smell.

My superhero boots

You should buy my shoes because they can fly like Super girl and run fast like The Flash. These shoes have three buttons. One is to make you invisible two is your dress up button and last of all the button that makes your shoes transform into anything like rocket boots.These shoes  will make you feel like a real superhero.
