Last Day Of Food Tech 💔

Sadly today it is our last day with our lovely cooking teacher Mrs Tuipolotu. Well for the last day of cooking we are making delicious EGG BURGERS. First we had poured some oil into the frying pan. Then we grabbed the buns from the elementry.

Awhile later she gave us 2 burgers to toast.Then Mrs Tuipolotu gave us some vegetables. The we sliced the tomatoes. After we added all the ingredients. First we put in the lettuce, then we put in the tomatoes and onions lastly mayo, egg and  cheese. After we completed the burger we had a taste which was a pleasant dish. 

Next week we will be with Mr. Grundy doing Wood Tech.

Tech- Mince Rolls!!!!❤❤

Today we were at Tech with Mrs Tuipolotu. We made Mince Rolls. The ingredients were, onions, mince, purple cabbage and spring onions. First we had to heat up the element (stove). Secondly, we sliced and then diced the onions then we put then on to the element.

After we separated the meat we then cooked it. Then we put it into the pastry, and sealed the end. After we put it into the oven to bake. Later on we popped out and ate it which it was delicious.

Hot Cakes

Today we made Hot Cakes. They were delicious. The dry ingredients were 1/2 and 1 cup of flour, half a cup of sugar. The wet ingredients were 1 or half a cup of milk 1 egg and a scoop of butter. We also used chocolate syrup.

The equipment we used  were  spatula, desert spoon, serving spoon, measuring cups, measuring bowls, plates and lastly we used a frying pan. In the end the food was delicious.

It was another day at food tech. We were making Macaroni and Cheese. We added herbs and all other spices and seasonings. It was like we were professional chefs. We tasted our food and it was actually an excellent dish. Other people liked it as well. It was extremely easy for me and Riiana.

One skill I have learnt for this week is how to dice and slice an onion. 

Chocolate, Chocolate Chocolate Muffins!!!

 It was just another day at tech with Mrs Tuipolotu. Except this time we were making delicious chocolate muffins. We used all different kinds of elements. My favourite ingredient we used was coco powder and my less favourite was flour. In my opinion it was really hard to make.
One skill I have learnt during this lesson is how to put the batter into the muffin tray without making a  big mess.
